It was ok. I was looking for a massage, last minute, and couldn't get in with the usual suspects. So I looked around, solely based on google reviews and a combination of proximity. This place came up.
My masseuse spoke almost no English, making the description of any problems, pinpointing effective pressure, etc all the more difficult. She was friendly enough. Something tells me they don't dress the way she did when grandma comes in or when a woman is on the table. She was wearing large sweats when she showed me to the door. To my amazement, she was wearing a very short black dress when I flipped over halfway through. I can assume this was in an effort to elicit a higher tip from a tall, middle-aged white male whom she may have suspected was looking for this kind of thing. I would've preferred a better quality massage and the sweat pants, however.
The massage was below average due to the communication barrier. The place was clean and inviting, if not very professional looking. Don't go here looking for therapy, but instead find what I would describe as an upgraded version of what my wife does for me once a week, after the kids go to bed. Also, the "1 hour" massage was precisely 42 minutes. Most places do 50-55 for what they term 1 hour due to booking turnover needs.
Verdict: in a pinch, go here for a decent relaxation massage. The price can be justified for that. Don't go if you need therapy, deep tissue, or focus work because I suspect none of them are licensed for that. I don't want to throw shade here, it's just a strong vibe I get after being to a myriad of different massage companies, in multiple states, over many years.
