A NIGHTMARE!!! THE WORST!! HORRENDOUS SERVICE!! RUN SAVE YOURSELF!! PATIENTS ARE NOT VALUED, RESPECTED NOR CARED ABOUT. THEY ARE MADE FUN OF, IGNORED, NOT TAKEN SERIOUSLY, LAUGHED AT, TALKED DOWN TO AND INSULTED. I AM APPALLED AND DISGUSTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are lazy rude, uncaring, insensitive, unfriendly, ignorant, unknowable, inappropriate and incompetent. The appointments feel very rushed every single time. I’ve had two switch doctors multiple times and still no luck finding a good one. No one listens to you at this place. They don’t take you seriously. I don’t feel seen nor heard. There’s no understanding, sympathy, love or care. Appointments last about 10 minutes and you’re out the door and they are on to the next patient. They practically push you out. They don’t get things done. You have to reach out back and forth many many times just for them to do some paperwork for you to get a referral for a blood test. They purposely hang up on you when you’re on hold on the phone with them. I’ve had to call back dozens of times. I had to result to sending all of my requests through written form for them to start doing any work. Messaging the doctor and sending emails so I could have a paper tail because they refused to help me and do their job. Dr. Lee is a joke, he doesn’t take you serious, makes fun of you, talks to you like he thinks you’re dumb and gives bad advice. He told me I needed to eat more junk food and sweets to gain weight. This past week, I went in feeling terrible. When I got to my appointment no one took my temperature. I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. While I filled out the questionnaire, I overheard the receptionists and nurse at the front desk making fun of certain patients. They were laughing and talking badly about these patients. “This one is like that” “she’s the one that comes in and does x,y,x” “you know her name is…(name of patient)…proceeded to laugh. They also were discussing their plans for after work and the weekend (mentioned drinking). Very inappropriate discussion to have in front of me, as I am a patient. Once I was through filling out the questionnaire, I attempted to hand it to one of the receptionist and she said to hold on to it, that the nurse would take it. I tried to turn it in to the receptionist at the front desk, she refused to take it and said the nurse would ask me for it. When the nurse interviewed me, she asked me if I still get my period and when I replied “yes” she answered “Oh, wow you do? You still get it? Wow, ok, humm you still get it, ok” (inappropriate comment). She did not take my temperature. She didn’t say anything about my blood pressure nor heart rate which, was high 144/77 and 100 beats. This is high for me. She also did not ask for my questionnaire. When the Dr. Lee came in he did not notice my blood pressure and heart rate was high. He checked my eyes, lymph nodes in throat and throat then said I was fine. That everything looked normal. My eyes were bloodshot, teary, full of mucus discharge, my lymph nodes were swollen. I had a swore throat. He did not take my temperature. Next, he also processed to insult me saying “You still get your period? regularly? every month?” When I replied “yes” he answered “that’s good” implying something is wrong with a woman not getting her period or missing her period or being in menopause. This is completely unacceptable! When I got home I took my temperature and had a fever of 102!!! I’m a patient of over 5 years now.
