WholeLife is an absolutely unacceptable health facility. I scheduled a prenatal screening over the phone, completed all the necessary documentation clearly annotating it as a prenatal appointment, and yet, upon arrival, I was informed that there was a “miscommunication” and they hadn’t even registered it as a prenatal visit. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—it was an inexcusable failure. They wasted an entire month of my time waiting for this critical appointment during one of the most stressful and vulnerable times of my life. This level of incompetence is shocking and mistakes like this can jeopardize your baby’s health. If you care about reliable, professional care, I strongly urge you to avoid this facility at all costs. Don’t risk your health or your peace of mind with such careless management. Find another provider that respects their patients and takes prenatal care seriously.
