This one star review is based on experience considering the fact I never got a chance to see how the actual doctor was. I was looking for a new primary care doctor and my insurance suggested Doctor Saghafi. I tried calling for two weeks before anyone answered the phone. When I finally got someone, the first thing Janet, the lady who answered the phone, told me was that the doctor doesn't provide anxiety medicine or pain medicine. Okay, cool. I don't need any of that. She asks me if I have any pre existing conditions. No. Nope I do not. I finally schedule an appointment, they called the day before and cancelled the appointment. I scheduled a appointment again, they called and cancelled the appointment again the day before, leaving me a voice mail and asking me to reschedule. I try calling back three times, no answer. I call the day of the appointment and speak to a Janet once again (who has been the sole person I have spoken to all along) and when I told her my name, she hung up the phone. When I called back, asking if the person on the phone was Janet, even though I knew it was her considering her voice is all over my voice mail, she said Janet is on another call. Um. Okay. So I ask to reschedule my appointment for the third time even though I knew at this point, there was no way I was going to go to this doctor. Janet said Doc has cancelled all appointments for the entire month of July. Seriously? It's July 2nd. How are you even in business? Okay so I'm trying to be understanding and sympathetic here like maybe he had a death in the family, lost a leg, etc. I can't judge someone I've never met. But my experience from the start with his staff was that he really didn't want any new patients and whoever Janet is needs to be trained in customer service and perhaps some compassion because her annoyance that I even wanted to go there as a patient was crazy. She literally hung up on me. Good luck to anyone trying to go to this office as a patient! Better off going literally anywhere else because they are apparently closed. Or something. I'm still trying to figure it out.
