She works through many different modalities to address your specific issue including swedish massage, deep tissue massage and IASTM (scraping/gua sha). I originally went to her to try the scraping. She is really aware of the pressure she is providing and can go from soft to deep as needed. I felt great after; much improved blood flow. I am sore after, but I basically told her to go as hard as needed to get these stubborn knots out that have been there for a decade. It's a good soreness. I'll be scheduling another appointment!
