this is the worst care my kids have ever received. they fail to send referrals out, the front desk has terrible customer service and the way they speak to patients is very condescending. they have a sign on the door that states " disrespectful patients parents will not be tolerated" but now i understand why! Do not go here!! your kids will not receive the medical care they need from these people. on top of all that the younger girl in the front stated that i had an appt for my daughter on a day the office is closed, when i called because the door was locked the response was "you AINT got no appt, we AINT even open today" instead of " i apologize that happened to you", why the f would i wake up early and show up there if i was not told to go there at a certain time or day! when i had a million other things i could be doing!.. these people are just extremely unprofessional but the front desk needs to hire better staff smh. you are losing business because of your front desk 100%. I will never be returning here again but i urge everybody to get better care elsewhere…if u have a negative experience here i urge you to leave a review so they can lose patients and shut down. Response: re read the review “your front desk never put my daughters info into the system” but told me to come in on december 26th for an appt , so duhh shes not a patient there because they never put her in. And door was locked on december 26th, check your camera because your fron desk is keeping the door closed but the place is open during down time. Shes also on the phone frequently when i took my son. Thank you for your response so all the future patients can see how you guys communicate 🥰. I found a better quality pediatrician, definetly i urge everyone to avoid this place it is a headache and obviously they retaliate to negative comments even though the google policy states the can get sued for such behavior. Save yourself the headache, my current peds stated “dont even ask for records because i know that place” 😑.
