That returned back with blood in the urine. Yes, I made several attempts to contact the office and kept getting a message that office was closed due to staff training. I went to mychart and communicated there. I was told they didn't understand why I wasn't able to get through and to try again. I tried again and left message with answering service. We are running very short staffed due to associate illness and time off for the holidays. We have received numerous messages from you and will be in contact as soon as we are able. We also would like to request that you only contact the office by one form of communication -- telephone vs My Chart messages. By leaving multiple messages through different avenues we at times will have two associates working on the same patient at the same time.
Also we have a high volume of calls for sick patients which take priority over result calls.
As these results were already discussed, do you have a specific question you would like answered?
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we do our best to get back to all patients as best as we can.
Um, The results were never discussed with me as they were waiting on the final culture which showed blood in my urine. Naturally that is a bit unsettling but I guess to them it's the norm for some patients. The initial urinalysis showed some abnormal results which I wasn't clear on and just wanted some answers. I told them that I was sorry that I bothered them and will seek to find another provider.
