Read MoreI was experiencing severe pain with my wisdom tooth and needed to have it looked at as soon as possible. I called several dental offices in the Dewey and Prescott Valley area but was not able to find one that could either perform a wisdom tooth extraction or see me within a reasonable timeframe. I was able to schedule an appointment with another dental office, but it was more than a month away, and the pain was almost too unbearable to wait.
Thankfully, I found Dr. Zack Larson’s dental office online and reached out last minute through their website, asking some questions and mentioning that I was a self-pay patient. Even though it was close to closing time, they called me back just minutes before their office closed! The way they treated me over the phone was the best customer service experience I have ever had. Receiving a call that quickly is almost unheard of. The receptionist was beyond polite, caring, and sincere. She genuinely wanted to help me get in for an emergency dental appointment immediately. Usually, you get a callback the following business day when calling moments before an office closes. But sure enough, they were able to get me scheduled for a wisdom teeth removal within a very reasonable timeframe, and the best part is that I got a call shortly after asking if I would be interested in coming in sooner.
My experience from the start was truly remarkable. The entire dental staff exceeded my expectations. Not only did I feel comfortable walking into their clean and welcoming office, but I was also beyond satisfied with the professionalism, compassion, and respect that every staff member, including Shannon and Dr. Zack Larson showed throughout the wisdom tooth extraction procedure. The procedure was surprisingly comfortable, and Dr. Larson and Shannon made sure I was at ease throughout the entire visit.
