I had a lovely appointment today after too many years of neglecting routine dental appointments. The hygienist that treated me, April, was thorough in explaining my treatment plan, and did so in a way I could understand. She was sympathetic to my situation, personable in conversation, and never made me feel guilty or negative about my oral health. The office was comfortable and lively. The office staff at the front desk went above and beyond when it came to helping me understand my insurance and questions, and they were able to schedule a follow up appointment for me quickly with flexibility to get the work I need completed in a timely manner. If you're looking for a practice to establish yourself with, especially if it's been a while since your last visit to the dentist, I highly recommend starting with Kalil & Krest before pursuing any other options. No matter how good those deals at large corporate dental offices look, you simply will not get the same level of care as you will with a private practice like this one.
-Requested an appointment as a new patient on 9/10, seen less than a week later on 9/16.
-This office is out-of-network with my insurance (BCBS), office staff helped me understand what that meant and would mean for costs
-Friendly, welcoming and comfortable. "No stupid questions" or guilt for previous neglect to my oral health.
-Educational and Knowledgeable providers.
-Clean and sanitary. Modern technology.
-TV's in operatories to watch during treatment (not applicable for hygienist offices)
