PLEASE RESPECT OUR DECEASED MOTHER AND OUR FAMILY.Our Mother was pronounced dead at the ER of Kaiser Permanente Moanalua on May 23rd, 2024. The date of this review is June 9, 2024. It has been over two weeks since then. From the information we received, a specific lady who worked at the ER Front Desk Clerk on that night was physically handling our Mother's Hawaii State ID. They ended up misplacing her ID, recalling the last place of it sitting on top of a Plexus machine. I'm sure whoever was responsible and involved would have been on record of physically handling our Mother's ID that night.Her two bottles of prescriptions that was also taken from us had not been returned. I don't know the protocols when it comes to medications but since that is also her belongings shouldn't it be returned to us? Nonetheless, the most important thing here is getting her State ID back.Please respect our Deceased Mother and our Family. We need our Mother's personal property back.I understand that everyone is busy and there are a lot of employees at that establishment. However, I don't understand why we have to go through a stressful amount of effort trying to communicate with several people for over two weeks now and still counting. If only a couple people were the very last ones to handle our Mother's ID, why does it take a whole lot more people to have to find it for us? To me, it just sounds suspicious. We went through multiple paramedics and Hospital staff of different Departments trying to investigate by ourselves. All done by in-person, phone calls and emails.Our family wants peace and resolution to this issue as soon as possible. We are also busy taking care of things after our Mother's passing and her ID is important to us in getting certain things done. It is one of the personal things we have left of her's. So please return her ID to us. Something as valuable as that should not have been irresponsibly misplaced/lost in the first place. I hate seeing our family still stressing out over our deceased Mother's precious and important belongings. Kaiser Permanente of Moanalua, please continue to reach out to us often in order to get this situation resolved absolutely soon. Something needs to be done because our family is relentlessly and overwhelmingly determined to get her ID back.Please help us, anyone!
