Got off of work one day wanting a massage & seen a few near by & seen the rankings on this massage place & prices & decided to give it a shot. I had mostly a great experience & the massage overall was great & Jenny was great & had good customer service & was friendly even though there was a language barrier. Only complaints I have were the following 1. Language barrier. The massage therapist had to use google translate on her phone most of the massage which could interrupt flow of the massage & decrease the overall experience having to stop the massage & read or talk into the phone mic etc. 2. Too many interruptions during my massage. People coming in & my massage therapist having to leave in the middle of the massage to answer any questions from potential customers which would take time & id be laying on the bed while waiting decreasing the time of the overall massage. My suggestion is that places like this with 1-3 or so girls per day, that the owner hires a front desk agent to address potential customers coming into the massage shop. If the owner hires a designated front desk agent for this purpose then the massage therapists won’t be interrupted & this overall customer experience increases. It can be rather annoying when you pay money for a service & that service is constantly interrupted especially if you’re like me working 12hrs a day, 6 days a week. She had to keep apologizing for interruptions although I still got most if not all my time that I paid for. 3. I don’t mind tipping & Jenny was great & I definitely will come back & see her again & try other massage therapist as well. However, it’s not just this massage place but many others where they expects tips & kinda seem like salesmen kinda pushing tips on customers which can come off as not being genuine & can be annoying for customers to deal with. My perspective is allow us customers to tip you AFTER the service is completed & we deem it worthy of a tip. Kindly if asking for a tip say something like,” Tipping is not required but greatly appreciated. Our massage therapists work really hard to make our customers satisfied. Please consider tipping to show your satisfaction & support for our massage therapists.” Something along those lines sounds less forceful/pushy. I tipped well anyway cause she was great but let the work ethic & massage speak for itself you know cause she would of got a good tip & she didn’t even have to ask cause the massage was fantastic 4. Also, a lot of massage places I’ve gone to lately ask to pay BEFORE you receive a massage which doesn’t seem like that should be a thing especially if an issue arises & the customer is unsatisfied. Plus with constant interruptions & other aspects the customer with the manager can discuss the satisfaction of the massage as opposed to someone already paying then having to dispute the charge & get credit back etc. Just my perspective but I hope they change that policy. All In all, I still give this place a high rating & would go back. Just minor tweaks would help this place even more & enhance the overall customer experience. Jenny was very customer service oriented & friendly & adjusted to the pressure I wanted & had very good hands & overall her technique was great. One of the best massages I’ve ever received no question. Just wish it didn’t have as many interruptions & minor issues I listed above would have made it much better. Anyway, I still recommend & she told me best times to come on the days I can that aren’t as busy. I’ll definitely will be going back 👍🏽
