ADA laws over rule all policies dont be fooled i know ada laws a service animal perscribed to you to preform a task that has significant impact which he does (deep pressure therapy, barriers, ect. My service dog is the ONLY reason i can go in public do not judge if you don't know me or the LAWS and if ever in doubt go look your self as federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) trumps all policies especially when covenant prides on being ada compliant
I wont go back and i DO NOT reccoment, my dog is service i inform the receptionist i needed my dog i was already falling into anxiety and starting to freak out, the first thing she asked for was wheres his papers i need them, i did inform office manager and the nurse, people it is AGAINST the law to first ask for papers, its AGAINST THE LAW to even ask for papers you can only ask for what service he provides, next i have mental health problems and i was turning back towards a bad road i needed my anti psycotics and mood stabelizers, my case was severe enough to call a crisis and i seen Dr Hill before it even happened, i want to say thank yall have an amazing day and i pray no one ever goes through what i did
