I'm not the type to leave Google reviews, but after years of headaches with this staff, something needs to be said. I shouldn't have to call multiple time across multiple days every single month to get my prescription refilled. It is a struggle every single time and it's exhausting to know I will have to continue to do this every single month for as long as I want to continue taking this medication. Here's my most recent experience, as just one example:
Called 9:30am Monday (may 20th) to request the refill. I call the pharmacy automated system a few times throughout the day to see if it's been filled, but they hadn't received anything by end of day.
Called 9:30am today (may 21st) - was told they were too busy to fill it yesterday but it would go out shortly. Pharmacy still had not received anything by 2pm.
Called again at 2:00pm and was told it had just gone out at 1:30. I chalked it up to the pharmacy lunch break causing a delay and waited until 4pm. Drove over to the pharmacy in conjuction with other errands to check on status. Still hadn't received anything.
Called at 4:03pm to get clarification: was told that nothing went out at 1:30 and they don't know why I would have been told that because my request had not been looked at by the doctor yet. I asked why this was told to me if it was not the case, and was told I should keep records of calls placed to them and write down names of who I speak to because they don't have time to listen to calls and keep their own records. Verbatim, this is what was said. Not exaggerating. I ended the call as it was clear the person had no interest in helping.
Minutes later I received a notification from the pharmacy that my request had been received. Hmmm, funny timing on that one.
I like Dr. Banks a lot, so I will continue to go to this office, other wise I would be long gone due to the frequency of incidents like this.
I don't know what else to say about it - figure your office processes out, please.
