This practice has went downhill since being acquired by family care. I’ve tried twice in the last 6 months for appointments- one I was sick and they said the earliest I could get in would be 4 months, the second attempt was today for my annual checkup which I haven’t had in roughly 2 years. This time it was over 2 months out unless I’d want to take a day off work since that’s “the best we can do.” Sad what it’s turned into. You’ve lost a private insurance patient for life. Johnston genuinely is a good guy but the ineptitude of such a poorly ran practice would lead me to seek out a provider elsewhere.
