Today while sitting at my desk I felt some tightnesss in my neck, which did not feel right. I called my local chiropractor who was booked, but her masseuse was available and recommended I shoild get a massage. I hesistantly booked the one hour appointment, and went.The masseuse’s name is Rosario Rodriguez and boy did she work her magic! I had so much tension in my shoulders, hips, lower back, calves and psoas muscles. I swear this masseuse absolutely knew what she was doing. Instead of an hour I wound up doing 90 minutes! Well worth the money! I’m going to be ready for my upcoming Paddleboard and Outrigger Canoe races! I highly, highly recommend paying a visit. A lot of tension builds up in the legs, hips and lower back after paddling. It’s a great idea to get some muscular work done to release that tension.
