They use an autodialer phone system to send reminders of upcoming appointments, but it does not send verification of cancelled appointments. This place needs to get with the times. It's evident this business has not been taken care of in recent years. The old owner was holding this place in old school business practices, but recently retired and now they plan to create an online system in the future.
They didn't seem too concerned with these issues when I tried to talk about them and let them know why I chose to schedule somewhere else. Staff was confrontational and defensive, but referred me to the Office Manager Ms. Tammy Laine. I called, since they don't do the email and don't seem to respond to Google reviews. The number I was given for Tammy did not go to Tammy, so I sat on hold for eight minutes waiting until eventually getting disconnected. There was no return call, so I called back to simply cancel the appointment.
