The office staff and nurses are very kind, but I had an unfortunate and negative experience with Dr. Kenaan. She arrived an hour late to my scheduled appointment, then diagnosed me with "Mild PCOS" with little explanation. She told me that I essentially need to stay skinny or symptoms will worsen, and that I need to get on a birth control. I was on birth control, and she is who put me on it months prior. Somehow, she looked past that in two separate instances (at my diagnosing appt and when reviewing my ultrasound). I asked if PCOS would impact fertility, to which she gave a roundabout response along the lines of "we will help when the time comes". Her reasons for the diagnosis were inconsistent between the initial appointment and our follow-up phone call. I got a second opinion and he was surprised to hear my initial diagnosis and the reasoning behind it. I know that mistakes happen, but it felt as though the diagnosis was quick, and my file was rushed over. There are other gynecologists out there. I would not recommend.
