But when I phoned the office during business hours to make an appointment for my new patient annual physical, no one answered the phone, and the voice mail message said to leave a message and someone would return my call within 24 hrs. Well 2 weeks had gone by with no return call, so I inquired with them as to why no call back and was told that their receptionist was on vacation but they would have someone call me back from their other office. 3 more days went by with no return call. They also had me listed as a patient in their Lake Elsinore office although I enrolled at her Temecula office and Temecula is the office listed on my benefits card. Needless to say, I changed providers seeing the potential for a boat load of problems with receiving medical care from this provider.
