Waited 20 mins due to delay from the previous customer. Massage therapist is a hit or miss. I also got charged extra $5 because I don’t have cash. Update: after finding the good therapist the experience is pretty consistent. Their also fixed the scheduling issue.

Izumi spa is a great spot for massage. I have sciatica pain, and the massage helped a lot with relief of my pain. Everyone that helped me was professional and kind and the room is clean and comfortable. I would recommend trying here
