The last time I communicated with this doctor he was quite abrupt, so I vowed not to return to him and this was quite disappointing as I had trusted him, and despite my poor experience I was still willing to leave my previous positive review intact.
Since the beginning of May, I have called this doctors office, emailed him and send a regular and certified letter(s) to his office and they still refuse to contact me and provide my documents as I requested. I have never come across a doctor who refuses to provide a patient's file upon request.
I now would not recommend this doctor and have never changed a positive review to a negative one previously.
