If I could give 0 stars I would. I got 2 fillings and one of them broke within 2 days. Fast forward, I’ve already paid half of the money for my crown upfront. I have a temporary one that became loose. I tried to get a quick appointment as I am in pain, but am told the doctor won’t be in until next week. Ok, so can I come in and get this temporary one re-cemented? I was told no. I would have to pay the balance on my crown work first. The permanent one isn’t even in, why would I have to pay before the work is even done? Staff who answers the phone is COMPLETELY unprofessional and ghetto. I hope the doc listens to the calls. Then when I go to the office to get a print out, they call the police and record me on their phone. All I want is a print out of what I’ve paid and they are all getting attitudes saying I need to apologize! I will not spend one more dollar here. Doctor Brian has been a cool dude, but your staff is making your business go down. They need to be held accountable. Also, their policies online are NOT what they claim to be. So I ask for a copy of the policy and they won’t provide. They talk about HIPPA, my wife is my emergency contact and I have given them permission to speak to her numerous times. Now they want to say they won’t speak to her per HIPPA. So why is your staff recording us while I’m talking about my care? Isn’t that a HIPPA violation? All of my personal information is on the computer screen and her phone is recording all of it. So Doctor Brian all of the women staff there today are unprofessional and need to be terminated, but if that’s how you want to run your business, to each their own.
