Dr.Bradly is a good guy. But every time I went to the table it wasnt him there it was an assistant. And its funny because it would be offered to go up in weight when YOU SHOULD NEVER GO UP IN WEIGHT. If you are easily influenced then try somewhere else. Otherwise, use the weight dr bradly recommends and stick to it. I went up in weight and that is the only explanation I have for why my neck is still injured. I did a FEW stem cell injections a year ago now so those must have worn off. But I now, not only still have a herniated c6 but a herniated c1-2. I have an appointment to set a surgery date and it has me depressed. Have not trained or even worked out in a year and Ive only gotten worse. Cherry on top is I am going to be paying this all off for years to come. Good luck to anyone dealing with spinal injuries. Its life changing.
