Was a good experience until…
Me and my wife set our appointments up together and the wait wasn’t long and the appointment was over quickly. That’s where everything went down hill!
We both went to pick our glasses out and start the process, and in itself wasn’t a terrible experience except I was told that it would be two weeks to get my glasses. My wife just got the standard frames and I got designer frames. Hers were done in a week and while she was there she checked to see if mine were, she was told the sales person made a mistake and it would be three weeks. Well to make a long story short, it’s been eight weeks now. I’ve been given the same excuse four different times in eight weeks, “there’s a flaw in the lenses and they need to be done again”. I was told that a manager has to be notified twice and no manager ever contacted me. The next time I went in and talked with a manager where I was given the same excuse. Anyway…another week goes by and no glasses. Now we are on week seven. I was told that I was being fast tracked and the glasses would be done Monday…it’s Monday, no call. I knew before I called they didn’t have them but I called anyway. I was right and- the same excuse! Well I will now be refunded all my money and I mean all, for the exam, the glasses, lenses, etc. I have reached the end of my rope! If I could, I’d give less than one star!!! Don’t go here, that’s my suggestion.
