Dealt with a rude front desk guy and his boss. I had scheduled my daughter's appointment 2 months prior before a visit. Stood in line to wait to be called. When finally called from standing there for minutes- he looked up the appointment and said to reschedule 4 minutes late. Not even a hi, how are you today. Just said what's the last name and looked at me if I was dumb. I asked for a supervisor, then she went to go get her boss, and she has no empathy. If you work in a clinic/hospital setting, there should always be. All I asked is where in policy does it say on paper or online that it says you have to be there 30 minutes prior to be seen. Without any hesitation and me saying that it was her employees' fault for letting me stand there past the time. She said I had to approach them even though they had someone in line, and even after they didn't, I still waited. There's a sign that says, ( protocol ) when standing to wait for someone to call you 🤦♀️ and that's what I did, but his BOSS said I should have approached them no matter what?? Really, what a joke. No good customer service was shown. Will not be returning, but please know your policy and have it stated when calling that 30 minutes on the dot, and if you are waiting in line, it counts (it's a joke). Anyhow, I told her God bless and left. And all she kept saying was, "Do you want to reschedule or not?" Other than that, people do actually time out of their job to come bring their family members. Be nice. If you want someone to reciprocate the same attitude, you show it as well.
Thanks.
