-My appt was at 10:40am, I arrived 15 min early (which they suggest to check your info on their tablet). The tablet check in took only a couple of minutes.
-After finishing, they almost immediately called me back, took my blood pressure, weight and temperature, then took me to the exam room.
-At 10:50am, my dr (Ashley Thiele) came in and thoroughly discussed the reason for my visit and helped me update my meds.
-After, another nurse came back to recheck my blood pressure, which was a bit higher than normal (I'd worked out right before my appt).
-Throughout check-in to checkout, no staff was rude. Some didn't smile, but they were polite and professional.
As far as medications and refills, I'm on 3 medications and haven't ever had a problem. They actually send me reminders so I don't forget.
