Never go in expecting quick results no matter what it is (unless it’s a urine pregnancy test). Waited for a call I should’ve gotten 3 days ago for testing that only takes 48 hours(I went to medical school). She’ll SCHEDULE a day to call and won’t until the next day or until you call/message to remind her. And even then, she will prolong it like she is wanting you to understand patience about your OWN health. Most doctor’s offices take less than a week to reach out to you regarding any results, plan to wait longer here. And for WHATEVER reason only SHE can give you information, which prolongs it more. You know how you can tell individuals are only in it for the money? This is it! Previous patients urine still sitting in the bathrooms, if she feels like your symptoms aren’t major she denies any testing you request. Pap smear? Better hope the table isn’t right in front of the door because she doesn’t care who sees as she goes in and out the room. The short nurse who constantly wears a skirt acts like she hates her job. However, the front lady with the facial piercings (I think she wears glasses) and the phlebotomist are both very nice, the only perks. I get convenience and location are important, but if you can find someone else. DO IT. And if you decide to chance it, remember this post when you become upset. Have a great day!
