I was called a liar and felt that I was subjected to racial bias. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity and professionalism, and I urge this office to provide the same respect offered at other medical practices. This experience is one of the reasons I am no longer a patient at any Family Health Center, as many receptionists lack basic manners and professionalism. I will also ensure that my mother is no longer a patient there.
