I initially sought her out just to help fix a stiff neck, but I had such a good experience that I started getting massages from her every 2 weeks. She is very friendly and accommodating. I love that I can schedule appointments online at my convenience rather than having to call during office hours.
She uses some kind of cream instead of oil for the massage, which I prefer because it doesn't feel as slippery. She also wipes off the cream with a hot towel once she is done, which I particularly like. Btw, hot stones don't cost extra so I suggest asking for that if you can handle the heat and want extra relaxation. I highly recommend Julie for people looking for a good massage in San Mateo. Parking is easy and free too, which makes it more convenient than the ones closer to downtown San Mateo.
