My mom had Hardy for years, you could never get a hold of him, either sick or on vacation but they never let the patients know until they came in for their appointments. My mom was also dealing with menstrual bleeding for years after menopause and he told her it was just something she would have to live with. Well fast forward a few years later to my mom collapsing at work and having horrible pelvic pains so he finally sent her to a gynecologist where he did a biopsy and we found out she had cancer. The oncologist at Stanford told us she was stage 4 and the cancer had spread to her bones, brain and lungs. We found out it started in her uterus and the first clue of uteran cancer is, can anyone guess? POST MENOPAUSAL BLEEDING! My mom did treatment which bought us about 8 months and then she passed away in 2018. And during treatment it was still hard to get a hold of Hardy for medications for her that she had to get through her primary. So if you decide on Dr. Hardy, just be prepared to have to advocate for yourself because he absolutely won't.
