From the moment I walked into Picard Dental, I felt welcomed and cared for. Sara, the receptionist, was the first friendly face I met. Despite some issues with the digital link for paperwork, she handled everything gracefully and professionally—switching to the old-fashioned paper route without skipping a beat. She kept things upbeat even when I was frustrated to learn I was scheduled for an exam instead of a cleaning. Sara’s calm demeanor and clear communication made me feel heard, informed, and ultimately open to getting the exam done that day.
Next, I met Brenda, who handled all my x-rays and imaging. I’m not sure of her exact title, but she made the experience feel personal and relaxed. The equipment was a bit too large for my mouth, but Brenda was so gentle and thoughtful throughout the process. Her sweet nature reminded me of my own mom—and by the end, we were both laughing! She made what could have been uncomfortable feel easy and even fun.
Finally, I saw Dr. Cathcart, who was amazing—professional, efficient, and incredibly kind. She performed my exam and let me know I was cavity-free (yay!). That news, and the way she delivered it, really boosted my confidence in my dental health.
Before I left, they were able to schedule me for a cleaning the very next day due to a cancellation, and they even helped get appointments set up for my entire family. While not everything was covered by my insurance, the out-of-pocket cost was affordable, which is so important for families like mine who prioritize dental health.
I can’t say enough good things about this team—Sara, Brenda, and Dr. Cathcart all went above and beyond. Thank you for making me feel valued, comfortable, and cared for!
