We are visiting Northbrook, IL to be at our "special" retreat here. I called ahead to schedule a massage at this location. We're members in our home state but hadn't ever had a massage when in Northbrook so - we took a chance. I contacted this location a few days ahead and Lindsey assisted me in scheduling an appointment. She was very personable and extremely helpful. She has personality plus and really helped to make me feel very comfortable with trying this location while in the city. Let's acknowledge that change can be so hard sometimes. When we arrived she greeted us like we were regulars with a huge smile and a welcoming demeanor. She assisted us with the check in process like a pro. Her and my husband got into a really great conversation on something they both aligned on and had in common. Brian and Colleen came to get us for our massage services. We had 90 minute couple's massages with an add on of CBD scheduled with them. They both gave us a quick consult before the massage and we changed and were off to the races in no time. Brian was awesome. He went right to work identifying the areas that needed the most attention. He incorporated some stretching into the massage which I've never had before and I really liked that added aspect. He's very talented and even identified my "clinching" challenge by massaging areas in my head. I was like dude you are up in here "reading" me up and down but it was great. He suggested things I could do throughout the day to help me in between massages. He also has a voice that is a "radio voice" for sure. I was encouraging him the whole time to look into it as a potential side hustle. Hey in this economy you gotta pull out ALL your talents. My husband said he enjoyed his massage with Colleen. He did reference that he wanted deeper pressure and I remember him referencing that a couple times in the massage. Both Brian and Colleen had great personalities and made us feel comfortable during our visit. We would definitely return and I will be requesting Brian. Upon check out Lindsey was waiting with that great personality. She's one of the "faces of the company" and she definitely understands the assignment. Iris was also at the front desk and she was just as sweet and caring as the rest of the staff. They humored me while I showed pictures of my kids and dog. Lol 😆 Iris even told me where to "cop" the earrings she had on that I admired. This was a really great experience! Sometimes change can bring about a wonderful surprise. I'm glad we got out of our normal massage routine and gave them a try. This will be a "must stop" next time we visit. Thank you ALL for a winning experience! Until next time.
