She has helped me through two different serious injuries without me having to take any pain medication. The treatments are so relaxing and rejuvenating, and since I started taking her herbs more regularly my immunity has greatly improved. I have gotten her formulas for friends, when they have gotten the flu or a cold, and they are always amazed at their quick results and so thankful. Makes me feel great that I have a way to help my loved ones. Those and the energy herbs are my absolute favorite! The energy ones don’t hype me up at all. I just feel stronger and more capable. They are so gentle that I forget that I took them, I just get so much more done and feel really good and then I remember why, it’s pretty cool. Oh, and I forgot about the sleep herbs… I can finally sleep through the night, I’m guessing that is helping my energy too.
