Service has gotten better since they did away with the cashier stations and using the self-checkout and all their locations and I am extremely satisfied with everything. Services always is top-notch when you have crew members that know you by name and call you by name upon entering the Pharmacy.. Couple of years ago I ended up pulling all my prescriptions out of the pharmacy because of them not being done on time and being sent a text stating they were done on time and I walked across Wickham Road to my former CVS Pharmacy at Parkway Drive in Wickham Road in Melbourne Florida 32901 zip code. When you give your Pharmacy employees and our lunch it takes away from the in person Pharmacy visit that made me feel at home when I first moved here to Melbourne Florida 19 and 1/2 years ago approaching 20 years.. The main reason I left the pharmacy wasn't because of prescriptions weren't being done it was the time it took to p e t a n e script sent over from Dr Kimmel who was down the street on Wickham Road. I went back and forth with Dr Kimmel who was my doctor and I went back and forth with the pharmacy my doctor stated he sent the script over to the CVS Pharmacy on Wickham Road and Parkway Drive and it didn't get there. So that's why I went and pulled all my prescriptions out and went to another Pharmacy which I would choose not to mention the pharmacy name or the location. When you are a Hometown Pharmacy in the well known Pharmacy your responsibility is to keep your customer base 100% satisfied with getting their Scripts or prescriptions because you trust them to do so at a moment's notice. When you all took an hour lunch that took an hour away from getting my prescriptions filled and just prescriptions were time sensitive I had to take them on time and I had to get them on time. One of the things you all did or didn't do was keep my expectations high of the quality service and respect from a local Family Pharmacy and a local business. The customer is always number one and never should be less than number one. Your job should be 100% with the customer and when you all see them come back to your Pharmacy or walk through the front door you all should step from behind the counter and drop everything you're doing and come out and say welcome to CVS Pharmacy how may I help you today. We as customers help keep your lights on in the electricity going but when you sit there and put your nose up at somebody and not pay attention to them this is wrong and this is disrespectful. You have your Pharmacy customers that are elderly AKA senior citizens and you have them with being a senior citizen and with and intellectual disability and they should have 100% total attention from all of your employees everywhere from the pharmacy to the front door.. And if you are requested to open up at 8:00 a.m. and if it's on the door that's a requirement and you have to make sure that you are there and ready to work and dress for success and to play the part of greeting every customer that walks through your door and if there is a problem with you getting the doors open kindly put a note up on the door stating that we will open up at a later time. It is your responsibility to keep that promise to your customers and to your community you represent.
