She implements reflective listening while concisely documenting my plan of care. She provides frequent positive feedback with things that are going well in my dental care, and takes time to comprehensively explain/train techniques for supporting/promoting and increasing/maintaining my oral health, in a conversational manner. I have learned so much from her and always feel comfortable at my appointments
