I recently had a disappointing experience with Dr. Graves, who appears to prioritize hand-selecting patients over providing care to those in need. After going through what felt like a medical interview, I was told that Dr. Graves declined to accept me as a new patient, and this decision extended to all other doctors in his office as well. I was given no reason for this rejection, despite having a medical history that, in my opinion, should not have warranted such a decision.
I had been a patient of Dr. Graves in the past and was eager to return because I valued his care. However, this experience left me questioning his motivations. I have heard that Dr. Graves selects patients based on their potential profitability from office visits, which seems to be driven more by financial gain than patient well-being.
It is deeply concerning that some doctors, including Dr. Graves, feel entitled to hand-pick their patients, seemingly viewing them as revenue sources rather than individuals in need of medical care. This practice undermines the integrity of the medical profession and erodes trust in healthcare providers. I hope Dr. Graves reconsiders his approach to patient care and places the needs of all patients above financial considerations.
