Read More10.28.23 Update: Dr Bentley replaced one of my crowns on Thursday,10.26.23. I was totally impressed - he designed the crown on the computer, as I watched. Then, Dr Bentley sent it to a machine that creates the porcelain crown in his office as I waited. So, rather than getting a temporary crown then having to schedule a 2nd appointment to get the permanent crown, it was all done the same day. I can't even begin to tell you how impressive the whole procedure was. Additionally, I loved the music, in the background, and they have a computer screen that displays beautiful landscape pictures, so you're not looking at a ceiling.
I was very concerned going to a new Dentist, I had been going to my previous Dentist for almost 30 years, I loved and trusted her. Well, I made a excellent decision to start going to Grandview Dental, Dr Chris Bentley. The Team that I had dealings with today were awesome. Tina was very friendly when I checked in, she explained things before the appointment then went over the invoice and a future procedure before I paid what I owed. And, Amy explained things in great deal throughout the x-rays and the various procedures during the cleaning. I learned several new things. She did a great job. Dr. Bentley also did an excellent job explaining things that he noticed, telling me about a crown that needed replacing, showing me pictures and going through them. Then he also showed me a picture of a tooth that has a filling that is close to needing to be replaced, telling me that they would be watching it for possible future replacement. I greatly appreciate all that this Team did for me during my appointment. I'm looking forward to a continued relationship. Thank you Tina, Amy, & Dr. Bentley.
