I drive here from far north Dallas just to come here because they are honest and extremely high quality customer service all the way around! The dental hygienist and Bonnie in the front are the best of the best. Dr Olsen is professional and gives them the best care at a level they can understand. He is so down to earth and I wish they could all be like him! I think he should teach other dental offices how to do their business! This dentist works with HCS program (Medicaid waiver program) and I don’t have to do anything! The lady in billing deals with my provider directly and makes sure the allotted
money is budgeted through the year!
I have tried many dentists but none even come close to this place. I even left for one much closer to my home but came back after a year of having their special needs budget being ripped off with services they didn’t need and zero customer service! I will NEVER leave again!!!! Thanks so much!
