NO CONTACT OR REFUND. NO MANAGER EVER AVAILABLE THE ONLY WAY TO FIX IS RETURN MY MONEY BECAUSE AT THIS POINT I WOULD NOT LET A SOUL FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT TOUCH ME. SAD TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS. I HAD A SERIOUS CAR ACCIDENT AND REALLY NEEDED THE SERVICE. I CAN'T ALWAYS AFFORD THE MUCH NEEDED MASSAGE. I checked the reviews they all look great. They must be fake. When I first walked in it was a little hot but I decided to stay because I really needed a massage. She asked me how long I told her an hour she said it would be $60. I replied no problem she said I would have to pay her first, I have never had to pay Upfront for a massage and I should have known at that point that something was wrong. When we started the massage she asked me if I wanted it medium or hard. I replied hard she said I will try. She then began to walk on my back without evening relaxing me or warming me up to it first. She then stepped off of my back to answer a phone call, again to go answer the door, and then once more to answer the phone again. That certainly made for a very unpleasant not relaxing massage. On top of that I have never received an hour massage anywhere that all they did was walk on your back and rub your legs for a moment. I was never turned over they never did the front side. When she went to finish the massage she snatched the sheet off me abruptly which was shocking and itself. I have also never been to a massage where they take the sheet completely off of you. Then when she went to wipe me off the towel was so wet that when she shook it above me water sprinkled all over me. Another very shocking unpleasant moment. When I left she apologized which shows you that she knew that she did a very poor job. I just called and asked to speak to the owner and was told he was not available. I asked when I was a good time to call him back and got hung up on. Very unprofessional. Quite possibly a cover up for a rub and tug.
