I was a regular at Glow for about four years before I moved. My first visit was for a laser consultation—my fifth one, actually—but Glow was the only place that really took the time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable. As an Indian woman, I have to be extra careful with my skin since I scar easily, and I’d had some bad experiences at other places in Richmond. Shia was amazing—she took her time, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident in the process. I could tell right away she knew what she was doing.
Since then, Shia and Anna have been my go-to providers, but I’ve also worked with a few of the other girls and they’ve all been fantastic. Everyone is professional, kind, and super knowledgeable.
I ended up doing full-body laser hair removal, and when the time was right, we started anti-aging treatments on my face. The difference in my skin is unbelievable—so much of the scarring I had from other places has faded, and I feel so much more confident now.
Now that I’ve moved, I really miss the care and quality I got at Glow. Nothing compares. I still have family in Richmond, so I plan to book appointments whenever I’m in town. I just wish I could bring these ladies with me—but until then, I’ll happily make the trip back!
