Read MoreThis review is a little overdue. I love this place, my wife and I had to change our dentist because they no longer take our insurance. I hesitated in choosing GD because I wasn't sure of the dentist or the practice. We went in for cleanings and Dr. Bhatt was a complete professional. Before we get to that, I want to stress that the office practices safety protocols and I have watched them clean the public spaces after people use them. Back to Dr. Bhatt, she really cares about her patients, as she is working with them she makes sure they are comfortable at all times. She also gave us a plan for caring for our teeth. She made sure we understood what needed to happen and she totally works with you. She understands the cost implications and again will work with you, she is very definitely patient focused first! As for the front desk, Michelle and Serena are very professional and friendly. One of the things I find convenient, after the procedure she usually has everything in place, however if there are items that are not available, she will not keep you at the office, she will get the answers then passed along to you either by phone or next visit. My wife and I really love this place, everything about Gentle Dental is convenient. I am hoping we have them for a long time!
