They had moved recently but don't update their information so the phone numbers and addresses in things like headers and insurance registries is all out of date.
The closest I've been able to get to actually making a phone call to them puts you in a system where it loops you between various holding lines. It would be hilarious if it wasn't so infuriating. Exudes incompetence.
