Excellent "bed side" manners! The explained what was going on and answered my other non related questions. Both him and the nurse were very polite and accommodating. We had an emergency and were seen the same day.

Very unprofessional on the phone! Put you on hold for 4 minutes and after waiting that long, they hang up on when you are trying to ask a question! Shows me what kind of care you would receive! Avoid this place!
