I asked the doctor to sign my jury duty or at least allow for an extension, I couldn't even explain to the Doctor my situation, before he opened the door and told me to leave. In addition, i've made appointments, yet I've waited in waiting rooms for up to 5 to 6 hours most (no point in appointments).
