I called a week before to ask if I needed to fast since I would be wanting bloodwork, was told “probably, we will ask”. Never got a follow up. Fasted, came to the appointment and requested blood panels, left my okay appointment with the doctor and was told it was ordered “out” and not in and I would need to make an appointment at a different location to get the blood work done a different day. Asked repeatedly if I could just have it done there, today, and specified that I fasted for my 1 pm appointment for this purpose (it was close to 3 pm at this point) and was told no that since it was put in the system as being done out of office they wouldn’t change it, even though they “normally” do it there. Everything seemed so disorganized there, and I will not be returning.
