We offer a variety of massage therapies, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Trigger Point massage.

Do I need to undress completely for the massage?

No, you will be asked to undress to your comfort level. You will be properly draped at all times during the massage.

How long are the massage sessions?

Our massage sessions are available in 30, 60, and 90-minute increments.
