The Administration staff goes above and beyond to meet your financial needs to make it possible to be seen by the Wonderful doctor providers such as Dr Nguyen and Supervisor coordinator Danny and friendly front desk staff at Friends of families. Therefore if we schedule appointments for ourselves or our children we should walk in prepared to present whatever is needed to be seen! Just like taking time to bash people on these reviews or getting your nails done that time can be used to look for needed items needed to present to the clinic wether you have co-pays or not! Really!
As adults & parents that is our responsibility & blaming others or causing un-necessary conflicts for others & yourselves, You have made your own bad day! People are intimidated by Assertiveness, But! in order to receive Good care proper paperwork no matter what the issue? Friends of families has that Confidence of assertiveness to make sure the job gets done in a timely manner and definitely gives meaning to their name Friends of families they are the Professionals doing their job! No matter what providers or clinic we see we become part of the team to make sure we have a good doctor visit! That's our Responsibility! This Clinic goes above & beyond .
I love Dr Nguyen she is assertive, friendly & caring just like the Supervisor coordinator Danny and staff! Yes, Dr Sanai is a good provider, but chose to share her knowledge in a different clinic! We can't blame others when people choose to expand their future. We should be happy for them! The thought fullness and detail of patient rooms lobby and cleanliness of this clinic makes you feel so comfortable and peaceful. Oh and the free educational television playing and books for our children, so rewarding for our little ones and adults! All in all we are blessed to be seen by this clinic Friends of families! Especially in these days of hardship for those that cant or don't have the option to go into a clinic and see a doctor at all!
