0 stars but have to click at least 1 star to submit review. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR URGENT CARE IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO. This is my experience. The name "URGENT CARE" is very misleading and I highly recommend that the company rename their facility to "NON-URGENT CARE AND THAT TOO BASED ON NEEDS". You would think URGENT means within a few minutes (if not within an hour). I visited them at 9:05 am on a Saturday (they open at 9:00 am) and saw at least 2 patients waiting in line leaving the facility in 10 minutes because the line was not even moving. There was one attendant at the reception that can host at least 2 more attendants and that told me someone was late coming to work. I was 6th in line, and when I got to the attendant in about 40 minutes, I was told to register and given a form, asked to be seated and that I would be called. I completed the form in 1 minute with details and waited 40 minutes to be called at random by another attendant, and was told that the registration was about to happen (what the hell?). 7 new patients after me had already been attended to. I was asked to pay $20 to meet the doc based on my insurance and I did. I waited, waited and then waited, watching TV to distract myself from the pain. I felt so stupid walking into this place which cares NOTHING about incoming patients and their pain. At about 1:15 minutes, I went to the reception and asked what is going on and I was told the entire process of waiting, being seen by a doc and going through examinations is approximately total of 2 hours. And after 2 hours of just waiting, I saw virtually every patient that walked after me into the facility, being called in. My wife and I then approached the desk, asked who the physician is and we were told the physician is not in and I will be seen by a Physician's Assistant. When we asked why people who came in after me were being sent inside before me, we were told those patients came for a different reason. After 2:15 minutes, I approached the reception desk and told them I cannot wait anymore in pain and asked for a refund of $20 that they charged me more than an hour ago. The reception attendant's response was "OK !!". The attendants or their supervisors appear to have ZERO sense of understanding the urgency to sense people walking in with urgent care needs. They only care about money, not care. They have NO idea or no training on how to prioritize work (ridiculous !!), and cannot give proper healthcare. This facility should definitely not be deemed an URGENT CARE for every reason I have just outlined. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT IF YOU NEED URGENT CARE.
