Read MoreI am going to go ahead and give the staff at Four Points Health a 5 Star review. I went in for my first COVID vaccine shot March 25, 2021- I started feeling dizzy and became overstimulated from anxiety and fainted. The staff was incredibly quick to respond. They called 911 for me, as they and my fiancé were asking me questions to come to. They checked my vitals. No one but me made me feel awkward, despite my embarrassment. They all joked around with me, got me cold water, opened the door to get me some air, and kept checking on me while they detained me in the lobby for observation. Hopefully I don’t scare them again when I come in for round 2!
Edit 1: Today, March 26, 2021 I received a call from Minnie, (I will ask how to spell your name the next time you jab me!) asking how I was feeling today and if I was doing okay after yesterday’s incident. I thought that that was incredibly thoughtful of them to call and check in on me. My 5 star rating still stands. 💕
Edit 2: Hello Google friends! It’s been awhile, and I am here (albeit late) to revise my review for Four Points Health once again, after receiving my second shot. On April 22, 2021 I had an appointment at 3:45 pm at FPH for my second Moderna vaccine. I ate breakfast, and lunch- something I never do. I took an extra dose of my anxiety pill as well as some Hemp CBD tincture. I left work early and headed to my appointment where Minnie told me they would be with me shortly. Minnie and another staff member led me into a room in the back of the center, asked how I was, sat me on the chair with a pillow- oxygen on standby, and administered both mine and my fiancé’s shots simultaneously. I was then told to sit back and relax in my own private area, just in case. One of the doctors from my previous visit came and checked on me, then Minnie checked on me, another staff member checked on me, and Minnie again. (They’re so attentive!) Much to everyone’s delight and dismay, (because they were fully prepared for me to pass out this time), my anxiety managed to stay under control and I received and left the clinic in a timely and regular manner! No EMTs for me this time! Thank goodness. The staff is so attentive, so friendly, so prepared. There is professionalism, good humor, and good people to be found at this establishment. 12/10 would come here again for any medical needs (and booster shots), despite the fact that Minnie lied to me and I did /not/ grow an extra limb, nor did I start emitting 5G WiFi waves like I was told I would.
