Unreal hotel. The Japanese restaurant was incredible. We sat at the bar as there were no tables but was really fun. The bar staff were wicked! Cocktails amazing and everything we ate was delicious.

The service was outstanding as well. A special thank you to Adrian at Bayou & Bottle—his attention to detail and warm hospitality elevated every visit. Also, a big shoutout to Sandy at the pool, who went above and beyond to make our time there enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and brought such a positive energy to the experience.
From the amenities to the staff, everything exceeded expectations. I would absolutely recommend Four Seasons Houston to anyone looking for a top-tier hotel experience in the city, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Just had the best Mother’s Day weekend there! They knew that we were bringing our two little kids so they gave us really nice smelling kid shampoo and two little kid robes- absolutely adorable. I had an aaaamazing massage and spa. I did add the foot scrub, which was quite short and probably not worth the extra $30 but I would go back for a massage for sure. The only negative I would say is that the pool side service is extremely slow. There’s already a 20% service charge included so since the servers are not really working for tips they aren’t that prompt but everyone is still very nice and maybe with more servers during peak season summer it might be better. The pool does get some shade which is good for having littles and the hot tub was a hit. I was a little nervous about taking two toddlers to this hotel but it was just fine and there were actually a lot of families/kids at the pool and it wasnt overcrowded. Our room was nice, we upgraded to a suite (and it was totally worth it with the littles). We were able to walk over to MTK for dinner and get some cookies from Phoenicia. We had a little movie night with the kids in the room and it was a super sweet, 10/10 Mother’s Day.

My family loves, and looks forward to visiting the four seasons. The food is always amazing and bar beverages are unique, fresh, and made exact. My brother-in-law works for the 4 seasons in Hawaii so he has high standards. We enjoy soaking up in sun, playing in the pool and with a outdoor bar 20 feet away you won't have to walk far to get another one of their signature cocktails. I'm not much of an alcoholic beer drinker but they do carry the non-alcoholic beers to accommodate. Need a nap mid-day? With shades that allow zero light in, catching those "ZzZzZs" is not a problem, specially with the most comfortable bed mattress I have every laid down on. Nestled in the heart of downtown there is a lot to see and do here.

Food and drink were fine, nothing amazing. Service was generally good, some better than others. Rooms were nice and clean. No coffee, just espresso...that was a bummer. Free wifi. Some days you get more towels than other days, but it generally wasn't a problem.
All in all, a nice hotel. But as I said, it's a Four Seasons and has a Four Seasons price, so it should be nice. I'd probably stay here again when in Houston.

More than the environment, what is outstanding is the personnel. The front desk staff (Jomar, Jacob, Cody,etc.) truly are exceptional! The speakeasy Bandista is outstanding and an awesome experience! The doorman are very attentive too, always welcoming!
The fitness center is well equipped and Spa is a relaxing haven!
Plenty of nice restaurants in the vicinity make it a great option!

This was probably one of the best hotel stays I've ever experienced, and I've stayed at, and I've done my fare share of hotel stays. The rooms were ridiculously amazing! The amenities were more than I'm used to or could handle. The staff were so comforting and down to Earth. To me, that's the most important part of a hotel stay because while there will always be something wrong with something, having the right staff to keep you happy and as comfortable as possible can make everything better. I will say it's pricey, but I wouldn't expect anything less from an amazing hotel. I will absolutely stay again when I go back to Houston!
