If you like a patronizing doctor with an equally patronizing office staff, than this funky old paper loving place is for you. They were vague in response to my serious questions regarding the Covid-19 protocols for their office, so I decided to take my elderly mother elsewhere. Now they are giving me trouble about getting my mother's records released, and today were rude to the new doctors office staff as well as to me. There is no option for electronic communication so we have to wait for snail mail form to arrive to be filled precisely as they wish, instead of accepting the form from the new doctor.
Office needs updating, staff needs computer training and some effort at politeness.
